RGT Performance specializes in maximizing Acceleration, Speed, Power and Jumping ability for Professional, Collegiate, High School, and Youth athletes. Our unique training is designed to significantly improve sport specific skills, such as sprint speed, multi-directional explosiveness, vertical jump, strength, and endurance, with an emphasis placed on long term development and injury prevention.

Our athletes undergo comprehensive testing prior to the training program. The RGT Performance team takes athletes through a series of mobility, strength, and motion tracking tests to pinpoint limiting factors, biomechanical issues, and muscular weaknesses/instabilities. Once strengths and weaknesses are clearly identified, RGT Performance designs a training program specific to the athletes needs to maximize results.

Our specialized training programs include speed training, agility/quickness, plyometrics, strength training, aerobic and anaerobic energy system training, flexibility/mobility and yoga, mental training, balance/stabilization methods and sport specific explosiveness training. Our Performance programs are specifically designed to have high transferability to the court/field.

At RGT Performance we believe that movement is a skill. Athletes undergo movement training to re-wire the way they move to maximize performance and reduce injury risk. Sport specific movements are incorporated in conjunction with a periodized program to maximize transfer of training without running the risk of overtraining. 

At RGT Performance, we believe that recovery is the single most important aspect of high-performance training. Our athletes will be exposed to our injury prevention system to ensure that they properly recover after training and remain injury free throughout the season.

Our team will provide a specialized nutrition plan to suit your specific goals (i.e., gaining muscle, getting lean, improving energy, etc.)
